Here are some general specifications to help make your estimate process easier. (Materials and sizes are subject to change at any time without notice.)
1. All files submitted must be:
- Saved as a PDF, AI, or EPS file
- Vector or Outline all objects
- Scale artwork to your exact dimensions or Half Size overall dimensions of your file when exceed 200”
- The shape of the Channel Letter should be simplified before uploading. If a Channel Letter file is too complex with lots of anchor points or too narrow we will do our part to communicate the best solution to achieve the look you're going for.
2. Warranty on LED's and Power supply is for 5 years.

- Please Note: Area(s) of your logo that are too small to be fabricated properly with Aluminum Returns will either be constructed using various methods: For instance, applying .040 Black Aluminum and a Trim Cap, using a Blockout Vinyl, and/or we would suggest making a lit logo shape able to achieve the best look possible.
